A MOROCCAN AUTUMN

Morocco is a journey through landscapes, aromas and flavors.

From the Atlantic coast to the oases of the south, centuries-old traditions have shaped a cuisine defined by warmth, hospitality and unexpected contrasts.

Our six macarons draw on this culinary world and reinterpret familiar specialties in a new way. Their inspiration ranges from a morning Nous-Nous coffee to traditional dishes such as Sellou and Tangia, and to a ritual that is present everywhere in Morocco: sharing tea together.

The result is a collection that captures Moroccan autumn in all its facets - aromatic, warm, and a little unexpected.
